During the 2020 lockdown, driven by a desire to explore new forms of expression, he began his writing career, publishing his first dystopian thriller, Indagine Mortale, inspired by the global crisis triggered by COVID-19.
Riding the wave of his debut’s success and encouraged by his nephew’s imagination, he created a series of adventure novels for children aged 9 to 12, centered on mysteries, exploration, and a recurring young protagonist. The stories, set in the modern world with futuristic elements, explore themes such as courage, the ethics of friendship, and the importance of cooperation for the greater good. In December 2024, he published The Mystery of the Sphere, the first book in the series. In January 2025, the second thriller in the Mike Naeli Mysteries series, The Secret of Anu, was released.
In 2025, he also published his first nonfiction work, Beyond the Tariff Wall, a thoughtful analysis of trade tariffs and their impact on the global economy. The book marks a new chapter in Tiralosi’s journey, combining the rigor of economic analysis with his passion for accessible, thought-provoking writing.
Always in pursuit of truth and driven by a deep curiosity, Michele Tiralosi writes out of passion, with the goal of sparking critical thinking and constructive dialogue through each of his works.
